Hardin -atk +spd

So I thought I could try for grima on the fighter banner, got no green orbs and pulled hardin in the first one, with probably the worst ivs possible. Is he still usable? will probably use him with base kit and qr3 seal

Yes he is usable, it's only 3 attack less, it doesn't hurt him that much as he already has a good atk stat. Though, if you're not planning on using him THAT much, it may or may not be better to fodder his Bold Fighter off to another unit you use way more than him.

-atk +spd isn't as bad as you think it is. You can actually buff his speed to 37, (Hone armour) fast enough so he can avoid doubles on the enemy phase whilst doubling them back with the qr3 seal. And with hone armour he can reach 53 atk which isn't the worst thing. If he does start dropping hp, then you have his A skill Brazen atk/def to make him even stronger in both phases. So therefore his base kit is fine on him and he is without a doubt usable no matter what IV you get along with him.
