I YOLO'd the Legendary banner, and got a +Res/-HP Legendary Marth. Any build ideas, or just skill recommendations for him?

Well, like all legendary heroes, his base kit is pretty great.
Especially if you want him to focus on dragon killing.
You can use that base kit and add in a close defence or bond seal.
Close def is better if you want safer dragon baiting
Atk/def bond to focus more on physical threats
Atk/spd bond to make sure he'll double in the enemy phase (best against speedy swordfighters)

You can also switch his C for a wave skill, if you can't make use out of it.

For his team, make sure to keep him buffed.
Tactics, dancers like Axura, than kind of thing

Thanks, I'll experiment with him a bit in FEH Builder, and check out what seal's best for him. Before I do though, do you think giving him Special Spiral is a good idea? It's from a -Atk Lewyn, and I've already got another, better version of him.

It's not the worst choice. He has a good 2 turn special.
But I can't give a good opinion on that, haven't tried Special Spiral on a melee unit yet.

It does lesser him as a dragon killer, the B skill he has is great for killing them in all sorts of ways.

His base kit makes him a great dragonslayer and a decent all-rounder. Fury is worth considering to improve his player phase; it's pretty rare that you can use a bond skill on the player phase without putting another unit at risk.

Special spiral has decent synergy with Fire Emblem but losing out on binding shield weakens his niche and I'm hesitant to use 5* exclusive fodder on any unit i'm not certain i'll use for a long time to come.

For his seal, I'd give quickened pulse a try; it allows him to activate fire emblem on his first combat against enemies that can't counter on the player phase or enemies he can't double on the enemy phase.
