Halloween Myrrh IVs

I was able to snatch two H!Myrrhs and I want to keep one and fodder the other one for AM. I got a HP+ ATK-, and a SPD+ HP-. Which IV set is best for a budget build?

the +spd one. Her speed is now acceptable with armored buffs and she can avoid doubles from characters with 30-35 spd

That, and isn't +Spd/-HP means she has 180 BST because +Spd is one of her superboons while -HP is not her superbane? I'd pick the +Spd one regardless. Take that 180 BST.

Ye if you chase tier 20.5 the + spd is good with the stat boosts. Allowing you to easily reach high 30s/low 40s spd to avoid doubles and making it easier for her to solo teams
