Haha, anyone abusing the new SP glitch?
So there was a new glitch in BHB or GHB and I've literally been rewarded 300 SP just by defeating one foe, seems legit, well make use of it when IS patches it. Its actually crazy and broken.

So basically, you go into a BHB or GHB and defeat the foes, but instead of completing the map you simply restart the map before you defeat every foe. You soon start to realise that your units SP is increasing at a rapid rate, my W!Thotja had 6000 SP now she has maxed SP.

There is a spill-over in the code somewhere, like a floating number or something (I don't know the actual term). So that you can't earn more than 1000 sp per kill. Once you go past 768 (for normal units, don't know where the max is for healers), the next time you reset it will give you 4 SP instead of 3. Because you've gone over the limit and it's giving you a "simplified" amount of SP. It'll keep going up, but it's more efficient to just finish out at 768 and start again.

I mean - it's just SP, so it's not exactly a huge deal, but developers do it quite a bit in stuff like MMOs. If you're deliberately exploiting something for personal gain, they absolutely can ban you for that. Bugs are always on the developer end, so just because it's 'in the game' doesn't make it right for you to exploit the system.

Yeah, I can't see anyone getting banned over this since it's something as insignificant as SP. The most I can see happening is IS patching it, and that be that. You can literally grind for unlimited SP without this glitch even existing.
The glitch isn't really an issue (but it should still be patched).
The 'consequence' for possibly abusing the glitch will also, most likely, be a non-issue.
And if people do get banned, then say goodbye to some YouTubers. xD

One more note, once you've reached the maximum amount of SP being rewarded you'll soon realise that every time you defeat a foe, you'll only receive 1 SP. in order to keep farming for SP, just complete or surrender the map and try it again, it will work again. Repeat the following steps and you'll get all the SP you need.

I see 'why' people are doing it, but I don't get 'why' it's a big deal. Once you get that SP, you'll get the skills needed, then have a crap-ton of SP left over.
It's a faster way to get SP, but for someone like me, it's not necessary. Even on newer units, I'd rather get SP while leveling them up in maps then do this, to be honest. xD
The most I'll 'hype' this up for is healers since it sucks SP farming for them, lol.

It's a big deal just cuz it's a big timesaver for a lot of people. Like you said, especially for healers, grinding SP is a huuuuuge pain, but for other units where you may want to completely overhaul their build and assign them entirely new skills, the SP cost can easily get into the 3000s, so being able to get that in a matter of minutes vs slowly grinding for an hour is a very valuable timesaver.
