I found this Florina in my AR defense result, she has 46 speed!? Florina has a superboon in speed which make her sit at 31 speed, a +10 would make it 35, she is water blessed, her team had Fjorm so that'd be 38 speed, her A slot was distant counter, the sacred seal was close counter, there was no skill that boost her stat.
