Haalp with Celica

So I recently pulled 2 Celicas, sadly one is -Atk and the other -Spd (Both +Hp btw) :c. Wanted to know which one would be better for a LnD inherit, because I really want to use her.

What weapon are you planning to use?

If you're going to inherit over a blade tome, then -ATK can easily work with LnD. I'd have to run the calcs on other tomes but generally they're hindered a lot more by -ATK.

I'm afraid that -SPD isn't going to be useful with LnD but it could work with a build focused more on baiting. If not, well, Distant Defense is a great skill to inherit to someone else. I was just saying that in another thread. I guess I'm Jedah in this scenario as well.

Was planning to use her default Ragnarok paired with Renewal since it would reach 35 SPD, 40 at 100% HP, but never thought of using her with the good ol' blade tome.

I believe -atk is the slightly superior option. Speed is just too competitive a stat.

For my play style, I really don't see an attack bane as much of a negative when compared to some (most?) player's mindset. I much prefer to use heroes that are able to take a hit or two and punish. Even on slower units, I simply hate seeing -spd because it means so much to a unit's survival. I'd happily take a -atk bane if it meant I could move up on the speed curve.

'Glass Cannons' need a lot of babysitting, especially if they are infantry units. If you don't have a dancer AND a bunch of Reposition units, you'll probably wind up with a 'dead cannon'. Yeah, that was dumb.

Pretty cool little tidbit here: the +Hp/-Atk Celica is actually the bulkiest all-around version, with only 7 vanilla character able to kill her!

Obviously the arena environment is wildly different than this, what with IVs, SI, buffs, etc., but it's interesting to see that the HP boon pairs so well with Distant Defense.
