She'll still deal plenty damage with her inverse-bladetome if you can debuff the enemy beyond her chilling seal with ploys, daggers and Dark Breath. If she's your only one I'd say keep her and try a budget build and see how you like her debuffing style of play.
I have a Gunnthra with these IVs and she does surprisingly good work. Once the debuffs are in play (or buffs if you go bladetome) you don't notice the attack bane so much.
That said, don't let me put you off rolling for a better one.
