Gunnthrá and Ephraim's future availability confusion

Okay, so the Spanish version of the "fine print" of the LB says Ephraim won't be available again until April, but the English version mentions Ephraim both for March and April and makes no mention of Gunnthrá anywhere while the Spanish version does.

From what I can TRY to understand from the Japanese version, I think the Spanish version is actually correct and the English one is wrong, but can someone please confirm this?
