The green dragon

Been using a +Spd,-HP so far as part of a dragon emblem team. Pulled a +res,-def. should I 5 star the latter and merge the former into her? Either way, she's a Lightning breath TA QR with Hone Atk, though I do have a spare panic ploy I can give her.
