Grand Conquests doubts

The rules didn't seem to clarify it. I don't think any regular player knows for sure, but I'll ask.

Does anyone know if Tier is reset after each battle? Also, can you keep Conquest Lances between battles?

You probably know by now, but lances and tiers don't at least get reset after the rounds, if that's what you were asking

No, I was asking about battles (2-day periods), not rounds (2-hour periods). The question wouldn't make much sense otherwise.
