Not really important, but I was browsing and noticed that both Saber and Florina didn't have updated descriptions.
The other refines and even lil' h2o have em, but not those two.
I know, the descriptions are rarely something I agree with, but it's always fun to see what they think.
On that note how much do you think the refines will make the new characters shift in the tiers?

Well, Saber is tier 3. About right.
He's hard to score, because he can outperform a lot of tier 2 characters in certain ways, but in others he's very restricted.
So tier 3 is good
Florina is tier 6. A little low in my opinion. I get why the refine doesn't really sway the general opinion for her. But I think she's fine.
Do need to test her out when I gather the dew.
Tier 4-5 in my opinion
Bartre tier 5. Similar to Florina, I find his refine to be better than most people do. But I'm a baissed Eldigan fan.
Still, should be 4. 19 mt hammer people. 55 atk before other skills!
Shanna tier 4. About right.
Not that interested in her tbh.
Saber: a lot, 3-4 tiers. He can run a lot of sets thanks to being infantry. He can run wrath, SS and shield pulse effectively
Florina: only a couple tiers, 2-3. Her statline is bad. The armor eff is super nice but she will still have a lot of trouble dealing with bold fighter armors and fast reds
I would defend Florina by saying that her statline is bad, because it's spread out.
With superboons in two critical stats, she can reach good attack and bulk, and at the very least avoid doubles.
And she still has the high res, which works especially well agaist (armored) dragons.
Though to counter that, you could say that she's forced into a melee enemy phase unit, having nothing to do in player phase.
Well whats her best bane? Her statlines so bad that she doesnt really wanna take a bane in anything
She has great hp. Its one of her better stats so itll take away from her bulk and ability to survive a black luna.
Her atk is mediocre and itll become worse.
For spd shes not slow enough with her weapon to be reliably doubled.
Her def is already low.
Her res is another of her good point.
Saber's refine is one of the flashiest mechanics for a weapon ive seen in a very long time but he still needs heavy investment to make full use of Golden Dagger (eff). On top of that, his lack luster statline makes it difficult to recommend the effort unless he's a favorite of yours. Id say its worth a bump up to at the least tier 4
