Got a Hector

If he's your only hector i'd say build because he's still pretty good. If you have a better one probably fodder.

It depends. Do you have potential candidates for DC? If you don't, and really need an axe armor with DC then build him.

Fodder.

Regular hector.....fodder if you need the dc. Esp if you already have a legendary one

Both are valid options. Build, because I would say +spd is actually decent on him if you buff his spd into the mid 30s and because he's a good unit thanks to QR on his weapon; fodder, because you might pull him again without -atk and DC is a really good skill and there are plenty of green armours.
