Good user for a slaying lance?

While fishing for Micaiah, I pulled a 5* Catria. I just finished building a defensive Oboro (ironically i also used Catria for her slaying lance) and I'm looking for a good option to put the lance on. I'm considering Berkut or Clive, because I want to build those units someday, but I'm open to suggestion.

any lancer that doesn't already have an exclusive weapon or obviously needs a specific lance like firesweep can use slaying lance+, so the choice is really yours

Valter could be good with it, seeing as it does the same thing as the Cursed Lance without the HP reduction, so the A slot gets more optimized for certain skills (Fury with cursed lance gives -10 after combat... Not worth it imo)
