A good use of CC

would Ishtar be good with CC and if so, what would be a gnarly build

Something tells me that an offensive mage with 17 neutral defense isn't really the best CC candidate. Changing her into a CC unit would take an absurdly high amount of buffs in order to make her at least semi-viable.

The only way I see CC work on Ishtar is by running it with vantage. And I don't think taking the risk of needing to take damage before activating CC+vantage is favorable due to her overall lack of bulk. Even if you can manage to safely get her into vantage range, you'd still have to be sure to OHKO everything because again, her overall lack of bulk will see her to a quick death when taking hits.

I can only suggest using CC on high defense ranged units. Base 30+ def is best imo.

Huh.......With dragon fang/astra it COULD theoretically work.

She attacks on player phase, doubles for the kill leaving her in vantage range, gets a ko.
Its super unreliable and her stats are THAT good for it but....its doable i guess

Her def is low, her res is low for ploying, and she has darting blow (not stance) on a prf that enables her to fire desperation moonbow without heavy or flashing blade. She also comes with swift sparrow. What makes you want to give her CC?

Ishtar is a player phase unit through and through. CC would be much better off going to, well, pretty much anyone else.
