Good or bad IV Nowi?

I just summoned a 4 star nowi with -def +res which I think are decent IVs. Is she good or should I wait for a better one?

Thats what mine has, she's not bad

It's decent, but I wouldn't recommend promoting her.

I literally have three 5* Nowis that popped up during my struggle to pull for Ninian. Don't promote, you'll get a 5* Nowi someday
