Good IVs?

Is +Spd -Def a good set of IVs for an enemy phase Roy build with Steady Breath? Or should I wait till I summon another Roy?

-def is bad since he supposed to tank on the enemy phase and he doesn't need speed when he has QR 5 on his legendary weapon refinement.
