Good Innes build?

Will this work for Summer Innes? Because I think it will:

Weapon: Slaying Axe+ (Attack)
Rally UP Attack+
Aether

A: Flashing Blade 3
B: Def Feint 3
C: Guidance 3
S: Iote's Shield

He has the B, C and S skill, I just need Mia or I could give him Iote's Shield as an A skill and Flashing Blade 3 as an S skill, since I have the seal for it. (He's +Speed -Res. My perfect angel from above...)
