Good candidates for Steady Breath

So, during Hero Fest, I got lucky enough to get 2 B!Ikes, and both have Suckfish IVs. That's a good thing, because that means I can give Steady Breath to a few units. Obviously, the dragons are the most obvious choices, and I do have a Nowi who could use it, but I'm hoping to get some suggestions for other units. Infantry only. I'm not big on Armor Emblem. Fae already has it, since she's part of my arena core.

VL Ike, normal Ike, Lukas, most dragons (except Ninian imo), Shiro, pretty much any bulky relatively slow unit, especially users of QR.

Lukas would love that skill, as would Ike. I don’t see the point in giving it to VL! Ike when he has a similar skill and it’s such a limited skill already. Do you have some units in mind for it?

Warding Breath is ok on him, but I'd rather go for the one that capitalizes on his better defenses, that's just me.

And I agree that steady breath is the better of the 2 skills for him, but with it being so limited I just think it’d be better served on a unit that can’t get it’s cool down effect

Anyone with a high Def that can make use of it. Even better if they have a DC weapon, like BK/Zelgius with Alondite.
I personally have both VL!Ike and Lance!Lucina with Steady Breath. Both of them use it very effectively with Aether (though I had to put a Slaying Lance+ (+Spd) on Lance!Lucina). You could most defitely get away with doing it on normal Hector too, though you'll lose out on Distant Counter.
