Good builds

This is probably one of my luckiest banners ever. I got a 5 star soleil on my free summmon 😔, 2 laevatiens and a Julia. I want good builds for my +Atk -Hp Laevatien and good builds for my all neutral Julia. Keep in mind I cannot heavily invest in them.
