Good build for Grima

I drew two Grima, but both are HP+/Atk-. In all honesty it's not too bad, since Grima hits 51 HP making him prolong Vengeful Fighter's threshold and will still have a respectable 53 Attack(still would've liked the super boon though). While merging is tempting, I'm gonna save the second one as Vengeful Fighter fodder.

What would be a good set for the Fell Dragon? I'm honestly thinking he can benefit from my spare Winter Chrom's Brazen Atk/Def to really maximize in power and defense as the A-skill and make him use the Panic Ploy seal.
