Good and bad luck

Finally I summoned Ayra, with horrible stats (-att, +res). It's my only Ayra, son I'm going to train her. What build do you recomend me? Her own is good?

Plus, my free summon of the new banner was a very good Karel with +spd -res. What do you think about his own build (Defiant Att, desperation, wo dao, reprisal)? Do you recomend me another skills?
