Going back in time!!!!

So I was just curious on what were the things that people asked during the start of the game and I laughed at some of these since these I can't see people ask those kind of questions today. like "Why is'nt sully not higher in the teir list".

And I do wonder what happened to some the regulars.

Lol, yeah things were simple back then. I remember that there were so many posts on "who to promote next" and even that people were discussing whether promoting Odin is a good idea.

I feel like Odin wasn’t quite as bad in the early days as he is now. He was never *good*, but he had his uses. At 4* he was actually one of my Takumi counters back when every arena team had to have one - he had enough bulk to take a hit, but it would put him below half health, so when it was his turn Defiant Atk 2 would activate, raising his attack by 10 and allowing him to nuke Takumi to oblivion. Needless to say, he dropped off a lot once SI was introduced and all the Takumis started running Vantage.

Tell me about it. Before SI, Camilla was somehow listed as top tier. Now, she's way better due to SI than she was prior, but still only listed in tier 4 now. We didn't know about boons and banes for a little while, so that had to be figured out. In the first few arena seasons, having a team of 4 units all at level 40, regardless of star rarity, was enough to give you a serious edge over the competition. Stamina was a huge problem when the cap was 50 and things would cost twice what they do now. There have been a lot of improvements by IS and by the players. Now, BST based arena scoring is about the only thing that's too restrictive about the game. And finding rare fodder if you're F2P. We've come a long ways.
