Glimmer

So is glimmer good now? I have a +speed -res nino with draconic aura, and I'm wondering if I should give her glimmer. also, should I replace my hinoka's draconic aura with glimmer? she's +attack -hp. I have some glimmer fodder and I don't know if it's good now since it has a 2 turn cooldown now

Glimmer is great on blade tome mages, because it charges as fast as Moonbow, and almost always deals more damage since they hit so hard already. On other units, it still just doesn't do enough.
So I would say put it on Nino, Hinoka should keep Draconic Aura

Bladetome user will be better with Glimmer due to the high amount of damage they deal.
If Hinoka is using Brave Lance+ she is better off using Luna or Moonbow/Quikened Pulse.

For infantry, any enemies unit that has a low RES of 24, go Glimmer. Anything higher than that, stick with Moonbow. I'm assuming many units will have over 24 RES, so Moonbow should be your best bet.

It's AMAZING on Bladetome mages, since they deal such massive damage all the time. Still avoid it on anyone else though. +50% of 0 is still 0, even if it only takes 2 moves to get there. :P
