Okay so I have had LA!Hector (+hp -def) since he came out and loved his wraith armads however with all the new armors I have occupying green (L!Hector, B!Hector, Grima, B!Ephraim, W!Chrom) and him still having his default kit I just don't really use him anymore and am debating if I should try building him up or foddering him off. Units I'm thinking of foddering him off to is a +def -spd H!Myrrh, +Hp -spd Myrrh, +def -spd(vice versa) Sigurd, or +res -atk S!Y!Tiki. Calvary is definitely my least used movement type despite it being somewhat decent with fliers being my main running around with blade tomes.
B!Hector is the best green.
But I wouldn't fodder your last unit, even if you've got other good options.
LA!Hector can be great with glimmer, wary fighter and brazen seal. Almost nothing can kill him in one round, and he can shoot back super glimmers back all the time.
Vantage is also an option
If you are considering who to fodder off DC to, the answer is whoever is going to be +10.
Right now you have LA!Hector +0 who is a really good unit who you can use in any mode at any time. H!Myrrh is also a really good unit you can use in any mode at any time. You can make her better, but then you only have one usable unit where you used to have two.
If you are building a +10, then you want to optimize their stats and skills to max out that unit's potential. If you fodder DC to a +0 unit you aren't planning on merging, you are just going to end up wanting to fodder them again to something newer and better.
