Gerome and inheritance

Well the tempest trial gave us Batman- i mean Gerome which is not my favourite unit. I mean, i'll bring up the 5* cause of catalog but i think that's mostly it (maybe i'll put the brave axe build like his mother). But the 4* version i think it'll probably end as fodder to someone. The choice of inheritance is quite big. Both his weapon, his support and passives A and B are quite good fodder skills but i don't really know who could inherit what. Do you guys belive it's better to fodder him for his Poleaxe+? His Support skill? His Passives?
