Genuinely Dumb Question

Where th can we vote for units???

Everytime I try and vote, I go to the Fire Emblem Heroes site (which is awful by the way) and I can't find the voting ANYWHERE.

I feel as if I'm not participating as much as I could.

Are you talking about Chose Your Legends (CYL)? Those are opened only for a limited amount of time. They are currently not. IS will announce it when CYL3 happens.
