Genny or Priscilla (chip dealer) ?

I would think Priscilla would be better at chip damage since she has more mobility and has access to Hone + Fortify Cavalry, allowing her to try and deal more damage on the initial hit as well as tank a mage every now and then.

Then again, Genny has more attack and resistance, but has less speed, but she already comes with Wrathful Staff.
