Genealogy banner results

So in the end, I managed to get all 3 units from this banner. However their iv's are less what I expected to get.
Ares -spd +hp
Lene -atk +hp
Ishtar -atk +def
Is there anyway to redeem these characters? I really want to be able to use them.

Lene - She is a dancer first, and a fighter second. Not only that, but her sword, Safeguard+, can actually have her tank a little bit thanks to the extra defense.

Ares - Many people say to just go with his Vantage set and you'll be fine. I haven't looked at it, so yeah.

Ishtar - Probably the worst IVs, but it's not that bad. Her attack goes up to 49 on initiation thanks to Swift Sparrow, and you could always give her an Attack +3 seal and buff up her attack with allies with skills likes Spurs/Drives/Hones.

Hardin +RES -DEF

This banner gave me the most 3 stars I ever attained on any banner.

I have spent 200+ orbs on a single banner before and never attained as much 3 stars as I got on this one in which I used only 60 orbs.
