A +spd -hp Helbindi is just what i wanted after spending so many orbs. Looks like Nowi is getting Infantry Pulse after all. (51 hp is high enough to run Infantry Pulse right?)

but infantry pulse isnt that rare ( u can get it from marisa)
take his a slot skill for an other unit for arena

You might be better off just using him with the infantry pulse. -HP doesn't really change much; +spd might let him dodge a double from a slow unit on an odd turn (i.e. it also doesn't change much, so you're holding a close-to-neutral IV)
