Garon's skills

Just out of curiosity, do we know what skills Garon will be coming with? Aside from his new weapon of course.

I believe it's distant defence at 5* and panic ploy at 4*

pretty nice.

Distant Def at 5* and Panic Ploy at 4*. Pretty mediocre base kit in relation to his stats, but I suppose he could be good fodder.

True, the base A and C skill aren't the best for him but..
I do wonder, why do you think Garon is bad as a unit?
