Gamepress Mobile Ads?

Hey, is anyone else having issues with really bad pop up ads on mobile Gamepress? It’s normally not bad enough to comment on, but now it’s to a really annoying point and it took me 5 minutes just to try and navigate around the same popup ad to ask this. Typically, when the ad spawns, it clams I’ve won something in an apple textbox and changes my history to where I can’t back out, I have to delete the window and open it again. It only occurs when I’m logged in, though.

Is it just me or is this a problem for everyone else too? If it is, how do you fix it?

If you have an Iphone, there are adblockers on the app store to download. if not, then idk

Same exists on Android and honestly, its a lifesaver!

I had the problem using Chrome on my Samsung. I switched my browser to Cliqz (doesn't track data) and haven't had the issue.

Seems like it’s a data tracking issue then. Hm, odd.

Happening with me real bad staring this morning. I had the issue a few months back and tried to research a fix but nothing worked. It eventually just went away somehow.

Changing browsers did nothing for me. Deleting my bookmark and searching for the site is currently doing the trick. Probably won’t last tho.

Edit: nah doesn’t work.

Yeah, got really bad ads that autoredirect. Chrome came with a pop-up blocker, but it doesn't block redirects. Those ads make the site unusable.

I could use a blocker specifically for those...
