This game is trolling me(+W!Robin Ivs)

So,I found all the Winter Envoy banner except for the only that interested me,W!Tharja.I found pity breackers Winter Chrom Lissa and Robin,all with ugly Ivs.How should I use -Atk +Hp(the same of W!Chrom) W!Robin?

For a bit of budget, you can go for full tank.
With his good speed he's accually more tanky than some other armors with more def.

Given that he's an armor with armor march, bonds are great for him.
With spd/def bond from Ethlyn, the bond seal and tannenboom! he has 51atk/41spd/51def

The B is pretty flexible, but you can cheese with WoM or just use QR to make sure he doubles.
