Is the game rigged in inactive players favor?

I have been playing for a while and recently I have gotten crap ton of bad luck. Like the Halloween banner where I try to snipe H!Myrrh and gotten 5 star Gray, 2 Ares, Karel, Morgan, and a Elise on the last day. My brother(who haven’t played in 5 months) got H!Kageo in free then Myrrh the next circle. Legendary Erika banner he got Free L!Ephriam, next circle L!Lyn, next circle S!Tana, and two circle later L!Erika. In the CYL2 banner he got B!Ephriam, 2 B!Hector, and a B!Celica. I got 2 same IV Ephriam after two hundred orbs and I was going for every color. And finally today, he got Male Adrift Corrin in his first circle. Like WTF is his luck. I saved a spend about 200+ orbs to not get Myrrh while he gets 5 stars in EVERY SINGLE FIRST CIRCLE SUMMONS. I have never seen someone this lucky.
