Game mode without colour triangle?

What do you think about that. Grey units might need a buff (+2 or 3 to the lowest 3 stats or something like that) or so as they would lose a bit of their advantage but despite that everything would remain the same without adding damage against weaker colours. Could think of it as an updated Tempest Trials as chaos reigns there.
