this game hates me

pulled two L!Ryoma. one is -ATK +RES, the other is -SPD +HP. Which one should I use? and any build recommendations?

He can still run the basic set L!Ryoma's are running now. This is him with Hone Fliers' buff. This is +Res/-Atk by the way.
