To be fair, the Special charge is already ready, whereas if he actually started off normally, he'd have a 3-charge cooldown to start off with, and then it'd have the -2 cooldown reduction.

I know, I'm just saying that he'd actually have to do battle first. With a 3-charge cooldown, he'd reduce it by 3 during the first battle when someone initiates on him due to his low speed, so he'd actually have a bit of set-up first before it just being completely at the ready without an iota of work put in to it.

And the internet is full of many things, lol, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘵.

It's literally the same thing I do with Henry, but easier. He doesn't even need to get doubled after that. Unless it's a mage, good luck doing something.

I didn't want to mention it, but yeah. Not only is it not hard for me, but other people have at least two F2P access to it. I have Marisa and Charlotte, for whatever it's worse. Other people also have Ostian Pulse.

It's also not hard to just hit someone and get a free charge off of it. Hell, Krazytre even mentioned it as part of a ranged Atk Smoke activation.

OMG I love you you actually did it <3 Now I just need one more Lewyn and he'll be ready EDIT: After seeing this I pulled and got a perfect iv Dorcas on the first orb. I don't know what to make of this. EDITEDIT: Got him in 50 more orbs! Gordin here I come!
