I would give him LnD, 36 atk and 39 spd are pretty nice...btw where did you see his skills? I can't see his skill in here, not even his weapon idk

Well a lot of people confirmed that Takumi had Fury and Spd Smoke but I guess Gamepress just wanted to make sure. Also it would be 42 spd cause Skadi gives +3 spd

Basically depends on what you want to do with him, native Fury 3 is already pretty good and it saves you the trouble of getting him an A slot unless you want something that let's him pack more of a punch.
