Fury or Death Blow on Kagero?

Between Fury 3 and Death Blow 3, what would be the best a-slot skill to use on ardent desperation Kagero?

If you want to take advantage of desperation, death blow wont give you the speed bump that fury would. Even with a +spd nature, she's only at 35 speed. If you do death blow, the idea will be to one shot all her targets, so it can be better utilized with a +atk nature. If that's the case she'll be at 32 speed which will allow you to double certain targets, but not many. Vantage might work better in that case. Mine is +spd so I use fury (putting her at 38 speed) and desperation, usually with the speed seal to bring it to a solid 39. If you do go with fury 3, ardent sacrifice will not be needed to widdle her HP. A positioning assist or rally might be more useful depending on your team comp.

As an adamant Kagero user, I run Death Blow and one shot most everything with my 5* Kagero. I have received a second Kagero at 4* and plan on testing out some other builds. My 5* is +Att while my 4* is +Spd. Kagero being a low health unit, I do not want her to be hit, so I try to avoid any exchange where the +Spd would be needed. What you said about Fury and Desperation/Vantage is true, they would go well together. I do not believe that -6 HP would be enough though to reach the <75% mark. So, Ardent would be useful if you go with a Desperation build. Personally, I prefer the Vantage Route because I want to be able to attack and then respond if possible. The moment Kagero is below 75%, she will probably die by anything attacking her.

My Kagero is +spd, and I was planning on pairing her with a dancer and an armored unit. That way she has maximum mobility and can heal the armored unit to keep armads/wary fighter active. What relevant calcs are there that would necessitate using 1 a-slot over the other?

My kagero is +attack with death blow as her A slot. I think if you want to run fury it is best to do it with a +speed iv.
