they apply at the same time. The game calculates it as damage taken - amount healed, so you dont take 6 damage and heal 6, or heal 6 than take 6, you simply take none and heal none
They essentially happen at the same time. If using it on Eir, she gets the healing of 2 and no damage number pops up. If the damage and healing are equivalent then the damage sound is played but a 0 will pop up.
....Double Lion Alm? Wouldn't he always be at max health, meaning constant double attack? Or Atk/Spd Push always being active, making it a constant +5 to attack and speed? Mystic Boost has a wide array of uses.
