Fury 2 or Close Counter for Kagero?

Which skill would better serve a +SPD -RES Kagero? I'm thinking Vantage for B, C is Hone Speed, Sacred Seal is +Speed, but no special chosen yet.

Sadly, I have no other speedy units (I always pull -SPD... like my -SPD +RES Takumi).

Close Counter to me seems like a waste on Kagero, as it's such a rare skill to obtain and her defenses are pretty bad so she wouldn't survive many melee attacks anyway. I don't use her much, but I think Kagero is meant to be used on the player turn to OHKO/ORKO as many units as she can(so she works well with a dancer) but I might be wrong.

Fury is great for her, as it gets her into Vantage range easily. LnD might be better though. Who are you inheriting the Fury 2 from? If it's a 3* Hinata I would upgrade him to 4* first, then get the Fury 3. Hope this helps.

If you want Vantage, use close counter with Luna as your special. Most infantry is melee range, so vantage will be wasted with out it. If you hit the foe player phase and they survive, vantage will KO. If you bait a melee that has full health, she will one shot about half of infantry, but with Luna active, she will one shot over 90% of infantry. If you use fury, you'll want desperation 3, especially since she is +spd, or she'll be walled by many ranged attackers after one ranged KO. Close counter really only needs to let you survive one hit.Takumi rarely takes 3 hits to kill. I have close counter on my Nino and I use her to take out a lance or an axe in the enemy phase so she can hit her other targets player phase.

That was kind of my thought. I love the stat boost Fury would give her, but my fear is that she would just be killed in the enemy phase. Close Counter + Vantage seems like it would better protect her, but getting her to 75% health without fury mean I need to give her reciprocal aid or ardent sacrifice, and it also means she can't act first. Ugh.
