This may be a bit cheesy, but Horse Emblem.
Reinhardt, Gunnthra, Camus, and Xander work too well together, and destroy everything.
If that doesn't work, Armor Emblem of Zelgius, Winter Tharja, LA!Hector, and Halloween Henry works.
Almost never fails me. :D

Unless its infernal maps, i usually go for units that im currenly building/hyped for/testing and make a team around them. Rn its felicia and eirika

I usually use Joshua and Fjorm, since she's a good distant tank and he's a good physical tank, and an axe and anyone else. My axe is usually my hyper-fast Bartre (+spd, I got him up to 37 so far without buffs lol), or lately Raven. And the other unit is a buffer or an all-around ORKOer, like Brave Lyn or New Year Takumi.

In this case, the latter two are pretty much aways Azura & Lucius, while the nukes tend to be Katarina, and now recently I started using Sothe & Sanaki. I used to do BK+Henry because they are great when glued to each other.

I usually use my 5* +5 Subaki, Rebecca, then fit the other 2 units to my liking and try to play around with them so i can beat any quests.
I also have an 'oddball' emblem consisting of Siegbert, Dorcas,Delthea and S!Kagero :3

I organize my units as couples first and dedicated teams second. That way I can switch one couple for another from team to team to suit different scenarios, but then again, normally I just use a team of merit-farming units to do the new content/TT, and a team well suited to complete the difficult stuff (usually H!Nowi-NYAzura-Tana-SCamilla or Setsuna + 3 dancers)

I use units which I really like. My mains team consist of a +3 Roy with Wo Dao, Aether, Distant Counter, Vantage and Atk Tct 3. I use a classic Fjorm with QR instead of Shield Pulse, a Minerva with Carrot Axe +def and finaly, Brave Lyn if things gets complicated.

Ike, Ephraim, and Nino are my old standbys. I’ve yet to find another team that synergises as well as they do.

Slot #4 is often occupied by Sakura, but can change depending on the particular map or quests. Nowi, Fjorm, and Anna seem to end up in there a lot.

My go to team for CC and such is Lucina (+1, SS, effect refined, Fury, Renewal, Ardent Sacrifice), Brave Ike (+2, base kit), Nephenee (+Spd, Def refine, Bonfire) and Celica (+1, base kit with Renewal and DD seal). They all have attack and speed hone/spur and do very well together. Though for GHB/BHB Bride Cordelia and Azura (performing or new year), Olivia and Ninian work wonders.
