I've had many banners where I got the focus unit on the free pull, and others where I get nothing except for pity-brokers who are also in the 4-5 Star pool. Really, it's just RNG at play here: One banner, you can be extremely lucky; another, not very much.

no bcoz i frikken got 3* and frikken 3* since start of the free summon has been introduced. >=(

Edit Actually I got only 1 free 5* free summon so far and its odin from banner back then when thrs tharja, nino and odin as focused units.

I noticed the same thing with free summons. That's how I got my Gunnthra and my Ishtar and I can't even remember all the others.

My one and only free 5* pool was blue tome Olwen with near optimal iv on this account. More often than not i get 3* units

On this regard I can only say that in the last 2 months I got 3 5* from free summons. And in the 8 months before that only 1. I can also say that my gaming time in the last 2 months has declined a lot, there are week where I only log in for the daily gifts. So maybe they give me the good stuff to keep me playin? And I got 2 5* in one summon in the Ares,Lene banner. That also didn't happen for a long time. I still believe it's just a lucky strike.

That's just your luck. I've had 2 free 5*s since the mechanic was introduced, Alm (+HP -Spd, my first and only) and Eirikia who got merged)

It really depends. It happened to me multiple times over the past months : green Olwen, Young Tiki and Brave Ike are the ones I can remember, I think that's all but I might be wrong.
