Free pull Shiro

I've just pulled a Shiro in the free summon on the Nephenee's banner. I didn't want to summon on the banner more than the free summon but I wanted Nephenee... I don't pull a focus unit since Ishtar and Lene.
But that is not the question. So the Shiro is -atk (as always) +spd. I have another Shiro that I have never used that is +hp -def.
Is Shiro a good unit to use? And if he is, which should I use?
And merge them or give his A, for example to my -spd +def F!Robin?

Shiro can be a great unit hiwever it looks like youd need to rely on his special wit -atk since his Ivs are lacking a bit.

i would personally keep the +hp -def one and then possibly fodder the second off to another unit.

I'd keep +HP -Def and use the spare for fodder, Steady Stance is very good for enemy phase flying or cavalry.
