Free CC coming soon?

It's nice but also saddening to me cause I'd prefer it be Hector, whose eluded me, so my Fir could have DC. As it stands free CC fodder is cool no doubt, but I have no idea who I'd give it to unlike DC where I at least I already have a plan for who would get the skill. And no I don't want to use Takumi so he'll end up fodder for sure but it maybe be a while as I'd want it on the right unit.
