Frederick Build Thoughts

Once I decided to do a little investment, Frederick quickly became my favorite unit in Heroes. I've been running him with Brave Axe+ for forever, but after noticing I had an extra Fjorm and Leo, I decided to go for this. (See picture)

Next to Reinhardt, (who has Ally Support and Fortify Cavalry), he gets to 70 attack, and 58 defence. This, QR, and Ignis makes him unkillable by anything physical, and allows him to kill anything in return. Deflect Magic makes him impervious to all mages except strong red ones. Green and red dragons are only a problem if they double, but since he can reach 35 speed, that isn't often a problem.

I'm surprised I haven't seen Atk/Def bond recommended more. It seems to compliment him really well.

Just curious about what the community thinks, since I've put so much time and resources into this guy.

More than the Brave build, which just relies on power to bludgeon through foes, this one actually has defense and resistance to nullify popular cavalry characters. IMO more fitting of the "Pick a god and pray" quote.

Don't really see anything wrong with him. Only thing that's a problem with him, like all Fredericks, is his uber low Res stat, but that can't necessarily be remedied too much.
