Fort DEF vs Fort RES Seals

I was wondering what people were running for buffers now that you can choose either fort res/def seal. I run an Eirika with triple buff (since i love reposition/swap) and I can't decide whether to put the res or def on one her. Thanks for any input!

Well thats all prefernce on what you feel you need more, especially since you aren't running Rally (the other one) as her assist but If I had to ive personal advice without knowing your team, give her Fortify Res seal.
