Forging Bonds Events

Managed to get all the s rank conversations after days of suffering, but I've noticed that there doesn't seem to be an s-rank conversation with the whole cast like there was when I got everyone to c/b/a rank. Do I need to max everyone completely, or does it happen when the event ends, if there even is one?
