Chrom deals physical damage. That’s like a glaring difference. (he also hasn’t 2 more attack.)
He has the spectrum bond buff, which could help him deny some doubles, due to the speed buff (with neutral ivs), he has 6 more speed than Tiki.
I would dare say that he’s more weapon flexible than her, because she basically can only run BoF and Lightning breath, while Chrom could put any sword to good use, except for barrier blade.
(also it’s more refreshing to see Chrom in arena instead of ATiki, due to how many players build her.)

A number of things Chrom potentially has in his favour:
- huge HP pool
- better spd with the bond Falchion and the option of a superboon, which would get him to 33 without A-skill, merges, or buffs. If you stack a spd bond that's 38 and with a buff and ally support you can actually think about blocking doubles from Ayra at equal merges.
- not as vulnerable to enemy Tiki-breaths. It'll still hurt a lot because his res is pretty bad (the Falchion bond helps only a little), but Tiki should be laughing if she manages to survive one hit.
