Follow-up question on Ylgr

I asked today whether to use +atk-spd or +spd-atk Ylgr. And 2 of 3 said +spd.
I still tend towards the +atk one and first thought of changing her A skill but now I have a different idea.
As flashing blade seal is already in use I thought about seal-a skill combinations that suit her best.
Long question short: phantom speed?
It appear like the perfect seal for the +atk-spd Ylgr.
She sits at 50/38 without a skill. Phantom speed makes her weapon compare anything to 48 speed and if conditions is met she sits at 54/42 (before buffs and optional switching A skill)
I feel like this seal is just made for her with that IV. Thoughts?

If you want to run phantom speed, why not just go with +Spd? You could easily just patch up the attack rather than go for pseudo speed. With that you can probably even use something as simple as death blow and your offensive spread becomes equal to your current build with more speed.

+spd is good because you don't need to focus on her spd stat anymore because she's fast. You don't need to do phantom spd with sylgr. You can just use flashing blade A skill and attack +3 S seal.
