Foddering my Def/Spd Bond 3

I got 2 Ethlyn from event and I would like to fodder one of her A skills since there are lot of heroes who can run this usefull skill. Some candidates:

1) Sharena. Since she already has her weapon refinement, she would get +10 Defense/Speed and she would get 42 speed when she is near an ally... (Actualy using Speed +3).

2) SETH. One of my two main mergue project (with Eirika). He is already +6. He is using Fury 3 and his stats are like:
42 HP
55 ATA
39 SPD (Slaying Edge +Spd)
37 DEF
27 RES

If he woudl lose Fury 3 he would get only 36 speed and 34 defense, not enough for me. The question is, would Def/Spd Bond 3 work nice on him? This skill would make him very dependent of his teammates...

3) Other heroes like Canas?

Personally, I feel like bond skills on cavalry units don't synergize well since I typically have cavalry units move all around the map. Although with their extra mobility, it could work.

Any defence hero with a move to ally skill.

Lucina/Masked Marth/+spd Chrom with refined falchion.

owl tome mages is always benefit from bond skill since they need allies to get stats from owl tome, so if you have any, you can use it on em.

A suggestion that I haven't seen yet are Armor units--preferably ones that are fast. Most of them like to stick together so that they can get Armor March support or Swap with each other, so they make great users of the Bond skills.

For Spd/Def Bond, I think that Draug, Amelia, or Black Knight--just to name a few--really appreciate the skill to boost their already impressive Spd and avoid much more doubles, while also increasing Def to take little to no damage against plenty of physical units.

What about on Winter Tharja with Candelabra?

Would need to be a specialised build I guess and would sacrifice the use of DC - but I have my W!Tharja Ally Supported by Hardin so could work with him as a bulky shield and her blasting over his shoulder maybe?
